Masonic Smog and Repair

I always get my Benz serviced here because they get the job done at the fraction of the cost. They have the experience and knowledge (both technical and mechanical) and they know if something can be covered by my warranty. I am a woman so no one really takes me seriously when I say that something's up with Kyle (my car), I just don't know what it is- they do though. So I really appreciate that. And nothing makes me happier than supporting a local business! Thank you Jeff and Barron for taking care of Kyle! -May

Very efficient service! Was in and out in 15-20 mins. Created my appt online, reminders came to my phone by text. The only thing I would add is I wish they had a chair to sit in while you wait. Even a folding one sitting outside.

This was the easiest smog check ever. I was able to get an appointment in the afternoon for the following morning. They were ready to take my car at my appointment time. I had forgotten my DMV document but they said it didn’t matter because they would transmit all necessary information electronically. They were quick and finished in 15 minutes. I had a great coffee at Mellow Coffee in Haight street. By the time I returned my car was ready. Friendly, convenient, efficient. Easy peasy.

I picked this place because they posted their price clearly online ($80 for a 2000 or newer vehicle) and I could make an appointment easily. Super easy compared to other providers. Then the experience there was a breeze. In and out in under 20 minutes and the staff were friendly.

Really great place!! my car had a nasty oil leak and they worked with my third party insurance. for reasons unrelated to them, insurance denied my claim. Masonic Smog and repair worked with me to make the repair affordable for me and my sister. They did an amazing job on the car and it was returned to brand new!! they made sure every detail was taken car of. they even refilled our washer fluid without charging us. very authentic and trustworthy place!
